All suits automatically include:

We explicitly will NOT do:
Plantigrade bodysuits Muscle padding Overly large body parts A different maker's style |
Artistic Liberty and Characters
We require a degree of artistic liberty with each custom commission. All edits will be approved by you ahead of time, but we do need some flexibility in certain areas.
Minimal Liberty - We can simplify markings like spots and stripes, or alter colors slightly in the case of not finding a good match for a certain color. This one is mandatory at the very least
Partial Liberty - We can add/remove markings or colors entirely, add spikes or horns, and generally do larger edits to your character. Does not add any cost, as we get to make the character more enjoyable for us to make; even if we make it more complex.
Full Liberty - If you do not have your own character, and do not like any of our Garden Adopts, we can outright design you a new character. You can choose some things like species and color palette, or request specific elements like hooves, beaks, tail shapes, etc. This option does require you to state a budget for your fursuit, as that will decide how complex we make it

We have the right to refuse service for any reason.
We can and will refuse or stop a commission if the client is rude, unreasonable, or otherwise acting in a way that makes the process unpleasant
We reserve the right to blacklist clients from my services for any reason
Payment
We require 30% upfront to reserve your slot. The 70% must be paid off before we can start your suit, usually within 6 months. Suits get their final spot in the queue once paid, so the sooner you pay the quicker your spot. That 30% is non refundable
We do not give deadlines nor guarantee a specific start date. We do accept rush orders, which bumps your suit to the top of the line and gives you a massive priority. Generally, the sooner the rush order, the more it costs so we are able to drop everything else and work solely on your suit to try to meet that deadline. The month amount is from slot start date to completion, not from the day we take your commission

Refunds
The 30% down payment is non refundable, please keep that in mind.
If you cancel before we buy supplies, we can refund the other 70%.
If you cancel after supplies but before we start production, we will subtract supply and time costs, resulting in a ~50% refund.
If you cancel after we begin production, we will not refund anything. We will immediately stop production and ship everything that has been completed or started -regardless of how much work was done or finished- to you, and it is up to you to finish or sell that. Do not buy a fursuit if you are not financially stable or might have to back out.
If we cancel for any reason, we immediately give a 100% refund. If we do a partial cancellation, ie unable to make a certain part but can complete the rest, we fully refund the parts we cannot complete regardless of if we bought supplies already.
Shipping
Prices do NOT include shipping. Shipping can go upwards of $300+ for fullsuits in the USA alone (International can be up to $800+), so please set that aside for when we ship. We will invoice you the day we ship for the exact cost. Smaller parts like handpaws or heads cost $15-$50+
We can do con delivery depending on our schedule! Currently Anthro Northwest and Furvana are our pickup points (Washington, USA)
Repairs and Care
If there is a problem with the suit, please contact us within 30 days of receiving it so we can fix it.
We will repair any of our suits. It is free for the first 12 months to repair simple wear and tear damage, you just need to mail the part back to me and pay enough for the return shipping. After 12 months, We will charge a fee based upon the work needed
Heads must be hand cleaned, never submerge them in water. Do NOT get water near the eyes or any electronics
Handpaws, sleeves, and bodysuits can be machine washed. Delicate, cold water only and hung to dry/using a hand fan to circulate air. Heat will melt fursuits. Remove all padding before washing. Place handpaws or sleeves in a delicates mesh bag to wash, and turn the bodysuit inside out. If your tail is not removable, extra care must be taken to make sure it dries fully. Feetpaws can be hand washed in a bathtub/bucket, we do not guarantee they can go through a washing machine (Although we have machine washed our own before)
Sometimes a seam will come undone or the suit might need a repair and you don't want to send it back for repairs. You are welcome to contact us for information to do it yourself!

Other Information We require a DTD for all fullsuits and measurements for heads and feetpaws. Please tape up your foot, palm, and partway up your neck on DTDs! |
