Things to know before you commission
Commissions only open a couple times a year. Planned openings are announced on Instagram and Telegram. Quotes are not necessary at all
What are focused or 2.5D eyes? They are a style in-between following (3D) and static (2D) eyes. In front of the suit they can follow the viewer, but from the side they look forward. This allows for more dynamic photos while still allowing direct, focused eye contact in the front. It also helps avoid uncanny valley shots, and removes part of the "creepy" factor that a lot of non-furries experience around following eye suits. This is the only style of eye I offer in my suits, I do not do static or following eyes.
I do not offer bodysuit only commissions, nor any small parts other than handpaws. If you are a previous client that has a head/partial and want a bodysuit, I will only take the commission if you can send the original parts back to me for fitting and photos.
I do not give tutorials nor sell patterns publicly

I have the right to refuse service for any reason. Including if client is threatening, rude, or otherwise unreasonable.
Harassment is not tolerated and will result in your commission being cancelled immediately.
I reserve the right to blacklist clients from services for any reason.
All clients must be 18 years of age to commission. If client's age is found out to be under 18, I will cancel the commission WITHOUT refund and blacklist the client. I may request an ID upon commissioning. Parents may still purchase premade fursuits for their children if they wish to acquire one of my suits.
Payment
I require at least 25% upfront to reserve your slot. The 75% must be paid off before we can start your suit, usually within 6 months. The 30% is non refundable. Payment plans add a fee based on length of time
Tax is not included in the given quotes or prices; final price will be higher.
Payment is via Paypal, check, or wire/bank transfer
I do not give deadlines nor guarantee a specific start date. I do NOT accept rush orders
Refunds
Refunds will be processed in proportion to the amount completed. 25% of the payment received is non-refundable.
Cancelling before I order the supplies for your commission will result in a 75% refund.
Cancelling after I buy the supplies, but before I start production will result in a ~50% refund.
Cancelling after I begin production will not result in a refund, instead you will be shipped all materials and work in progress. Regardless of it's state of completion.
Do not buy a fursuit if you are not financially stable or might have to back out.
If payments stop and/or I cannot get into contact with you after a period of time (Usually 1-2 months of no replies), your commission will be terminated. A partial refund will be given and anything I have bought or worked on will be sent to the address linked in your paypal email. If you will be unavailable during the time I will be working on your project, please let me know.
If I stop the commission due to an issue on my end that impacts my ability to finish your suit- I will give a 100% refund.
If I stop it due to harassment, threats, or unruly behavior from my client, I will partially refund and ship all materials/products immediately
If I stop it due to finding out my client is a zoophile, pedophile, has a history of scamming, was/is convicted of sexual assault, or draws cub/snuff/zoo NSFW, I will partially refund and ship supplies/products regardless of state of completion.
Shipping
Fursuits are shipped from Washington, USA. Tracking is available.
The cost of the suit does not include shipping, you will be invoiced for a flat fee when you buy your suit. Once your suit is complete, it will be weighed to calculate final shipping costs and you will need to pay the rest of it.
In the USA, shipping costs anywhere from $50-$250. International can be up to $500+, not to mention customs fees.
I can do con delivery depending on my schedule! Currently Anthro Northwest and Furvana are my pickup points (Washington, USA)
Duct Tape Dummies
I am not responsible for Ill-fitting suits that are the result of badly made duct-tape-dummies. You need to provide a sturdy, multi-layered DTD that is taped back up and includes your heels and palms, and is very close to your groin and armpit. Do not try to lower the crotch or armpit for a "looser fit" as this will result in restricted movement.
If you can include your entire foot, please do. The higher up your neck that you can go is preferred
Please take a sharpie and write your name across the back of the shoulders and put a visible "x" over your knees and elbows.
During the creation process/Changes to suit
It is the client's responsibility during creation to pay attention to progress photos to ensure it is correct. If you see something that needs changing you need to mention it before I proceed to the next step. If the issue could have been resolved at an earlier step and you do not voice your opinion of it until later on when it will be harder to change, it will result in fees to alter it. It takes more time and materials to go back multiple steps while preserving the work already done. I provide constant wips and even videos to ensure the client can double check that the suit is correct.
If you have an issue with it or dislike something about it, tell me! Do not tell me it's great and you love it while thinking "I wish the ears looked different in this pic" I try to accommodate my clients as best as possible, so don't hesitate to tell me I might have missed a marking or that you want the ears more fluffy or the tail to stick out more. The earlier you tell me the better. We have a custom reference sheet made for each client to help with this

Repairs and Care
If there is a problem with your suit, please contact me within 7 days of receiving it so I can fix it.
I will repair any of my suits. It is free for the first 12 months to repair simple wear and tear damage, you just need to mail the part back to me and pay enough for the return shipping. After 12 months, I will charge a fee based upon the work needed.
Heads must be spot cleaned, never submerge them in water. Do NOT get water near any electronics.
Handpaws, sleeves, and bodysuits can be submerged in water to be hand washed. Heat will melt fursuits, so use only cold water. Remove all padding before washing. Gently hand wash in a bath tub if it needs a deep clean; I recommend spot cleaning anything that is mochi as scrubbing mochi can weaken it and make the stuffing less fluffy. Extra care must be taken to make sure wings, spikes, pawpads, and other mochi areas dry fully.
PLEASE fully dry your suit before putting it away, and do not use an airtight container or tub!
Sometimes a seam will come undone or the suit might need a repair and you don't want to send it back for repairs. You are welcome to contact me for information to do it yourself!
